Role: Oracle Siebel Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- Experience in installing and configuring Siebel on Windows and Linux environments.
- Proven track record of performing Siebel upgrades to latest versions, including IP17 and above.
- Knowledge of Siebel Gateway clustering, multimode AI load balancing, and related configurations.
- Expertise in performance tuning of Siebel components such as server, AOM, AI, Gateway, and Tomcat.
- Skills in troubleshooting EAI component crashes, analyzing crash dumps, FDRs, and component logs.
- Proficient in system administration activities, including configuring application components and parameters.
- Troubleshooting skills related to component crashes, SSO, LDAP integration with AD, and general troubleshooting.
- Strong overall troubleshooting abilities for Siebel environments.
- Experience in automating routine administrative tasks to improve efficiency.
- Preferable experience with WLS, BIP, OAS, OAP installation, upgrades, and integration with Siebel.
- Knowledge of disaster recovery (DR) setup, testing, and management.
- Experience in managing Siebel environments on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or other cloud platforms.
- Monitoring system performance and managing the administration of Siebel environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective customer interaction.
- Willingness to work in a 24x7 shift environment.
- Flexible to travel to customer offices as required.
