About the Role

Job Title: Oracle Service Delivery Manager (SDM) Experience: 10-15 YearsLocation: Hyderabad - HybridJob Summary:A seasoned Oracle leader who has spent the majority of their career within the Oracle ecosystem, successfully managing Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion support, implementation, upgrade, migration, and custom development engagements while driving customer success and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Role: Experience & Knowledge on below topics is must
Manage L1, L2, and L3 support teams across Oracle applications.
Establish incident, problem, change, and release management processes.
Drive root cause analysis and implement preventive actions.
Monitor application performance and service health.
Own and manage end-to-end delivery of Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion support services.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, service governance, and contractual commitments.
Conduct Support reviews, MOR, QBR, steering committee meetings, and operational governance sessions.
Coordinate with functional, technical, integration, reporting, and testing teams.
Lead Oracle EBS upgrade Delivery and Oracle Cloud transformation programs.
Lead global delivery teams comprising functional and technical consultants.
Manage resource planning, utilisation, staffing, and competency development.
Collaborate with customers, Oracle support, and third-party vendors.

Qualifications

Job Requirement10-15 years of experience working exclusively on Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion ecosystems.

Required Skills

Minimum 5+ years in Service Delivery Manager, Engagement Manager, or Program Manager roles.
Strong experience in Oracle Managed Services and Application Support Management.
Proven experience managing global Oracle implementation and transformation programs.
Experience handling large enterprise customers and multi-country deployments.
