Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced
Oracle SCM Functional Consultant with strong
functional testing experience to support Oracle SCM implementations, enhancements, and testing activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across SCM modules and be comfortable working closely with business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Work as a Functional Consultant for Oracle SCM modules including Procurement, Inventory, BOM, WIP, Order Management, and Costing (as applicable).
- Understand business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Prepare and execute functional test cases, SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
- Support UAT cycles, defect tracking, and resolution in coordination with technical teams.
- Prepare functional documents such as BRD, FRD, FDD, and test scripts.
- Perform configuration, setups, and functional validations in Oracle SCM.
- Support data validation, integrations, and reports related to SCM processes.
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle SCM Functional Consultant.
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle SCM modules.
- Proven experience in functional testing, UAT, and defect management.
- Experience working with Oracle Fusion SCM
- Good understanding of end-to-end SCM business processes.
- Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
Good to Have
- Experience with testing tools or ERP automation platforms.
- Exposure to Oracle implementation or upgrade projects.
- Prior experience in pre-sales or demo support.
- Knowledge of integration testing and reports validation.
