Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Oracle SCM Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Oracle Supply Chain Management solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud / Oracle EBS SCM modules along with the ability to architect scalable, integrated ERP solutions aligned with complex business requirements.
The role requires strong leadership capabilities, solutioning expertise, and experience in driving large transformation initiatives across implementation, integration, and optimization programs.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design
- Design end-to-end Oracle SCM solutions across modules such as:
- Procurement
- Inventory Management
- Order Management
- Manufacturing
- Logistics / Supply Chain Planning
- Define solution architecture, process flows, integration frameworks, and deployment strategies
- Ensure alignment with business objectives, compliance standards, and industry best practices
- Provide guidance on configurations, extensions, and custom solution approaches
ERP Delivery & Implementation
- Lead Oracle SCM implementation, rollout, upgrade, and enhancement programs
- Drive solution governance across project lifecycle phases including design, testing, deployment, and stabilization
- Ensure successful delivery within scope, quality standards, timelines, and budgets
- Support process transformation and ERP modernization initiatives
Integration & Technology Landscape
- Work closely with enterprise integration and cloud teams on:
- ERP integrations
- Middleware and API frameworks
- Cloud infrastructure and platform services
- Ensure seamless integration between SCM, Finance, HCM, and third-party systems
- Support scalable and secure enterprise architecture practices
Stakeholder & Leadership Management
- Collaborate with business leaders, functional consultants, architects, and technical teams
- Conduct workshops, architecture reviews, and solution demonstrations
- Translate business requirements into scalable functional and technical solutions
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and strategic direction to project teams
Governance & Best Practices
- Establish architecture standards, design principles, and governance frameworks
- Ensure solution scalability, performance optimization, security, and compliance
- Drive process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support risk management, estimation, and quality assurance activities
Consulting & Pre-Sales Support
- Support solutioning activities, effort estimations, and transformation discussions
- Participate in proposal preparation, client presentations, and architecture reviews
- Provide strategic inputs for ERP transformation and enterprise modernization programs
Preferred Qualifications
- 10–15 years of experience in Oracle ERP consulting and solution architecture
- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud / Oracle EBS SCM modules
- Experience in large-scale ERP implementations, global rollouts, and transformation programs
- Good understanding of enterprise integrations, middleware, cloud platforms, and ERP architecture
- Exposure to Oracle integration technologies, APIs, and cloud infrastructure concepts
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Experience in industries such as Manufacturing, Retail, BFSI, or IT Services preferred
- Certifications in Oracle Cloud technologies are an added advantage
