Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Order Management and Cloud Manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion releases 25D and 26A, deep knowledge of the Pricing Module, and experience supporting end-to-end order fulfillment processes. Exposure to OTL integrations and EDI shipment processing is highly desirable.
Required Skills & Experience
Oracle Fusion Functional Expertise
- Strong functional experience with Oracle Fusion Order Management Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing.
- Experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion releases 25D and/or 26A.
- Ability to gather business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and translate requirements into functional solutions.
- Experience configuring and supporting Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
Pricing Module (Mandatory)
- Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion Pricing.
- Configuration and maintenance of pricing strategies, pricing rules, discount structures, and pricing algorithms.
- Troubleshooting pricing issues and supporting business users.
Order Management
- Order orchestration and fulfillment processes.
- Order lifecycle management and exception handling.
- Shipping, invoicing, and fulfillment integrations.
- Experience with drop ship, back-to-back orders, and supply orchestration is preferred.
Manufacturing Cloud
- Functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Manufacturing.
- Understanding of work orders, production execution, manufacturing operations, and supply chain processes.
- Experience supporting manufacturing-related integrations and business processes.
EDI & Shipment Processing (Required)
- Experience with EDI transactions related to shipping and order fulfillment.
- Knowledge of EDI documents such as 850, 855, 856 (ASN), and 810.
- Experience supporting shipment processing, logistics integration, and trading partner communication.
- Ability to troubleshoot EDI-related order and shipment issues.
Preferred Skills
- Integration experience with Oracle Time and Labor (OTL).
- Experience working with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Knowledge of Inventory Management, Shipping, Procurement, and Supply Chain modules.
- Experience with reporting tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher.
- Understanding of REST/SOAP integrations.
Responsibilities
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion Order Management, Pricing, and Manufacturing modules.
- Lead functional workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Design and document business processes and functional specifications.
- Support system testing, UAT, and production deployments.
- Troubleshoot functional issues related to order processing, pricing, manufacturing, and shipments.
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and data conversion activities.
- Support EDI shipment processes and resolve integration issues.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to optimize order management and manufacturing operations.
Required Experience
- 8+ years of Oracle ERP functional experience.
- 5+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud experience.
- Proven experience with Oracle Fusion Order Management and Pricing.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Manufacturing Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion 25D and/or 26A releases.
- Experience supporting EDI shipment transactions.
Nice to Have
- Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) integration experience.
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience.
- Oracle Fusion certifications in SCM, Order Management, or Manufacturing Cloud.
