Role Description

North Hires is seeking an experienced Oracle SCM Functional Specialist for a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some remote work. In this role, you will focus on analyzing business requirements, configuring Oracle SCM applications, and optimizing supply chain processes. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their operational needs, providing customized solutions, and ensuring seamless integration between Oracle Applications and other systems. You will also deliver consulting support, conduct training, and troubleshoot issues to guarantee efficient system performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience
• Strong understanding and experience with Oracle SCM Applications and Oracle HR
• Expertise in business process analysis and optimization
• Hands-on experience with system integration and Oracle Applications implementation
• Proficiency in consulting and supporting clients to address complex challenges
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate in a hybrid work environment, balancing on-site and remote tasks effectively
• Experience in project lifecycle implementation and knowledge of Oracle SCM-related modules is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
