Senior Solution Manager – Oracle Fusion (SCM)

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Solution Manager – Oracle Fusion (SCM) to lead enterprise-wide Supply Chain transformation initiatives. The role will drive solution architecture, project delivery governance, pre-sales engagements, and SCM practice development across Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic advisor to clients while strengthening internal SCM competency and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end solution design across Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules including:
  • Self Service Procurement, Sourcing, Purchasing, Supplier Portal, Supplier Qualification, Inventory, Maintenance, Order Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, Quality, Cost Management, and Taxation.
  • Define scalable architecture aligned with industry best practices.
  • Ensure seamless integration across Finance, Projects, and third-party systems.

Delivery Governance

  • Provide leadership across full lifecycle implementations (Design to Go-Live & Hypercare).
  • Manage scope, risk, stakeholder alignment, and executive reporting.
  • Ensure on-time, within-budget, and high-quality project delivery.

Pre-Sales & Business Development

  • Lead solution workshops, RFP/RFI responses, demos, and proof-of-concepts.
  • Develop executive solution presentations and transformation roadmaps.
  • Support account growth and strategic client engagements.

SCM Practice & Team Management

  • Build and strengthen Oracle Fusion SCM competency.
  • Mentor consultants and develop capability frameworks.
  • Establish delivery standards, accelerators, and best practices.
  • Support resource planning and team performance management.

Required Experience

  • 15+ years in ERP / Supply Chain domain.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion SCM implementations.
  • Proven track record of delivering multiple end-to-end enterprise implementations.
  • Strong expertise in P2P, O2C, Manufacturing, and Planning processes.
  • Demonstrated leadership in client-facing and solution architecture roles.
