Oracle SCM Functional Consultant

About the Company: We are seeking an experienced Oracle SCM Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Procurement and Inventory Management modules. The ideal candidate should have experience working on Oracle Fusion Cloud, implementations and support projects. Experience in Work Order Processing and Project Costing is a plus.

• Candidates who can join within 1–2 weeks will be highly preferred.

About the Role: The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and configure Oracle SCM modules to meet business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to SCM processes.
• Configure Oracle SCM modules based on business needs.
• Support Procurement and Inventory Management implementations and enhancements.
• Conduct CRP/UAT sessions and end-user training.
• Prepare functional and configuration documentation.
• Coordinate with technical teams for integrations and reporting requirements.
• Support issue resolution, testing, and production deployment activities.
• Participate in full lifecycle Oracle SCM implementation projects.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Procurement.
• Purchasing.
• Inventory Management.
• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud or Oracle EBS SCM modules.
• Experience in requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and support.
• Strong functional knowledge of procurement lifecycle and inventory transactions.
• Experience working with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Work Order Processing.
• Project Costing.
• Exposure to Manufacturing or Supply Chain Planning modules.
• Knowledge of OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI/ADFDI tools.
