Job Summary
We are looking for Oracle SCM Functional Consultants / Leads with hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion SCM / Oracle EBS SCM implementations. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in core SCM modules, experience in end-to-end implementations, and the ability to work closely with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality SCM solutions.
Depending on experience level, the candidate will contribute individually or lead functional delivery across Oracle SCM projects.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Consulting & Configuration
- Work on Oracle SCM modules including:
- Procurement
- Inventory Management
- Order Management
- Supply Chain Planning / Manufacturing (preferred)
- Gather and analyze business requirements and convert them into functional specifications
- Perform system configuration, setup, testing, and validation
- Prepare functional documentation including BRDs, FDDs, and solution design documents
Implementation & Delivery
- Participate in or lead end-to-end Oracle SCM implementations, rollouts, and support projects
- Support project phases including:
- CRP
- SIT
- UAT
- Go-Live
- Drive business process improvements and best practice adoption
- Ensure timely and quality delivery across project milestones
Stakeholder & Team Coordination
- Collaborate with business users, cross-functional teams, and technical consultants
- Conduct workshops, demos, requirement discussions, and solution walkthroughs
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams
- Mentor junior consultants and support team collaboration (for senior candidates)
Integrations & Data Migration
- Work with technical teams on:
- OIC integrations
- REST/SOAP APIs
- Data migration and validation
- Reports and customizations
- Ensure proper data mapping, reconciliation, and system integration with Finance, Manufacturing, and third-party applications
Testing & Support
- Execute and support SIT/UAT cycles, defect tracking, and issue resolution
- Conduct user training sessions and provide post-go-live support
- Ensure smooth stabilization after deployment
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–7 years of Oracle SCM Functional consulting experience
- Hands-on expertise in:
- Procurement
- Inventory Management
- Order Management
- Experience with Oracle Fusion SCM / Oracle EBS SCM
- Good understanding of end-to-end supply chain business processes
- Experience in functional configuration, testing, and documentation
- Exposure to integrations (OIC/APIs), data migration, and reporting
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Leadership and mentoring experience preferred for senior-level candidates
