Job Description:
- Expertise in Oracle SCM (EBS & Fusion) across Procurement, Purchasing, Inventory, and Supply Chain Planning.
- Lead large-scale SCM transformation programs, driving strategy, roadmap, and digital supply chain initiatives.
- Strong hands-on experience in modules including Procurement, P2P, Inventory, Sourcing (PON), CLM, SLM, and Supplier Collaboration (OBN).
- Extensive experience in business process re-engineering, global template design, and multi-org/multi-country implementations.
- Provide architectural guidance for integrations, data migration, and cloud transformation (EBS to Fusion/OIC).
- Collaborate with C-level stakeholders to align SCM solutions with business goals and operational efficiency.
- Drive spend optimization, supplier management, and procurement analytics initiatives.
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery including solution design, governance, risk management, and quality assurance.
- Mentor teams, conduct solution reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards.
- Strong cross-domain exposure (Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics) with excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
