Job Description for Redwood features

5+ Years of experience in Oracle fusion

Minimum one project experience in Oracle redwood upgradation

Key Responsibilities include:

- Supporting and managing Oracle Redwood-enabled pages for various applications.

- Assisting in the validation and enabling of Redwood features through functional setups and opt-ins.

- Handling user issues related to Redwood UI.

- Performing functional testing during quarterly updates.

- Supporting page personalizations and adjustments using standard Oracle tools.

- Collaborating with business users to explain and support Redwood UI changes and adoption.

- Preparing basic user guides or SOPs related to changes in the Redwood screens.

Order Management (OM) – Redwood

• Configure and validate Redwood Sales Orders pages

• Configure streamlined order entry and return handling workflows to reduce the number of clicks required for standard Tasks.

• Enable and test Redwood Shipping work areas

• Support Redwood UI for shipment creation, picking, packing, and ship confirmation

• Validate Redwood task flows for logistics and shipping execution

• Ensure smooth user experience for warehouse and logistics teams

Product Information Management (PIM) – Redwood

• Enable Redwood Product Management pages

• Manage item attributes and Index rebuild process to ensure rapid data retrieval in PIM WORK Areas.

• Redwood UI for item creation, item class setup, attributes, and change orders

• Validate Redwood experience for approvals and product lifecycle management

• Align Redwood UI with governance and data quality standards

• Deploy Redwood Inventory pages for Inventory Transactions and flows

• Configure modern interface for ABC Classifications, Cycle count

• Enable Stocking inquiry and item qty pages for real- time visibility into LPN-Based on-hand stock.

• Enable Redwood Supply Planning pages and work areas

• Validate Redwood UI for plan review, supply/demand analysis, and exceptions

• Assist planners in transitioning to Redwood-based planning dashboards

• Ensure Redwood pages align with planned business outcomes
