We are seeking a Corporate Trainer with expertise in Oracle SCM Cloud, using Channel Revenue Management, to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in supply chain management and a passion for training and development. This role is critical in enhancing the skills of our workforce and ensuring they are well-versed in the Oracle SCM Cloud functionalities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions for Oracle SCM Cloud to corporate employees.
- Develop training materials and resources tailored for different learning needs.
- Assess training effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Oracle SCM Cloud and incorporate them into training programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and deliver customized solutions.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-30 years of experience in Oracle SCM Cloud implementation and training.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management concepts and practices.
- Proficiency in instructional design and training methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate learners of various backgrounds and expertise levels.
- Experience with e-learning platforms and training tools is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in Oracle SCM Cloud or related fields are preferred.
