We are seeking a Corporate Trainer with expertise in Oracle SCM Cloud, using Channel Revenue Management, to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in supply chain management and a passion for training and development. This role is critical in enhancing the skills of our workforce and ensuring they are well-versed in the Oracle SCM Cloud functionalities.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct training sessions for Oracle SCM Cloud to corporate employees.
  • Develop training materials and resources tailored for different learning needs.
  • Assess training effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in Oracle SCM Cloud and incorporate them into training programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and deliver customized solutions.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5-30 years of experience in Oracle SCM Cloud implementation and training.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management concepts and practices.
  • Proficiency in instructional design and training methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage and motivate learners of various backgrounds and expertise levels.
  • Experience with e-learning platforms and training tools is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications in Oracle SCM Cloud or related fields are preferred.
