Oracle RMS – Techno Functional Consultant

Role Overview:

The Oracle RMS Techno-Functional Consultant combines functional expertise with strong

technical capabilities to deliver end-to-end retail solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse business requirements and design end-to-end RMS solutions

Perform RMS configuration and technical customization

Develop and review PL/SQL code and interfaces

Coordinate between business, technical, and testing teams

Lead UAT, deployment, and post-production support

Mentor junior consultants and developers

Required Skills:

Strong experience in Oracle RMS (Functional + Technical)

Hands-on PL/SQL, Oracle DB, Unix

Knowledge of RIB integrations and batch processing

Retail domain expertise

Ability to translate business needs into technical designs

Good to Have:

Oracle Retail Cloud or OCI experience

Leadership or module lead experience

Prior global retail implementation exposure
