Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Analysis: Assess customer requirements and provide solutions for complex technical issues.
Documentation: Prepare technical diagrams, flowcharts, and supporting project documentation.
Guidance & Mentorship: Support and mentor junior engineers in project tasks.
Research & Improvement: Evaluate new technologies and recommend process enhancements.
Project Planning: Prepare proposals, estimate costs, schedule resources, and evaluate results.
Compliance: Ensure systems and processes adhere to industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
Production Support: Monitor and support Oracle Revenue Management systems, troubleshoot issues, and maintain system availability.
