Collaborate with business and functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
Provide techno-functional support for Oracle Retail applications including RMS (Retail Merchandising System V10), REIM (Retail Invoice Matching), and RIB (Retail Integration Bus).
Design, develop, and support Oracle SQL and PL/SQL components.
Manage backend integrations, batch processing, and data flows using RIB and Automic Scheduler.
Support Oracle Forms and ADF Java components where required.
Prepare functional and technical documentation, unit test cases, and deployment procedures.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and functional issues.
Perform root-cause analysis, issue escalation, and solution tracking.
Coordinate with application and functional leads to prioritize deliverables and support initiatives.
