Oracle Retail SIOCS/MFCS/RPAS – Technical Lead

Job Description:

• We are looking for an experienced Oracle Retail SIOCS MFCS RPAS Technical Lead to lead the technical development integrations and support of store inventory systems
• The role will work closely with business functional and support teams to ensure smooth store inventory operations across retail environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical development and support for Oracle Retail SIOCS MFCS RPAS
• Design build and maintain SIOCS MFCS RPAS configurations and customizations on integrations
• Manage integrations between SIOCS MFCS RPAS and systems like POS Merchandising ERP and WMS
• Act as the technical escalation point for production issues
• Support deployments upgrades and environment releases
• Analyze issues perform root cause analysis and provide permanent fixes
• Coordinate with business users functional consultants and Oracle support teams
• Guide and mentor junior team members

Technical Requirements:

• Strong experience with Oracle Retail SIOCS MFCS RPAS
• Good understanding of store inventory and retail operations
• Experience with Oracle Retail ecosystem RMS SIM Xstore preferred
• Knowledge of integrations APIs batch jobs and interface monitoring
• Proficiency in SQL Unix Linux and troubleshooting logs
• Experience working in production support AMS environments implementation

Additional Responsibilities:

• Experience in Oracle Retail SaaS Cloud implementations
• Exposure to luxury or large retail enterprises
• Experience working in 24x7 support models
