Experience Required: 8-10
Essential Skills: RMS and PISL (Oracle RMS which is a product and PL/SQL hands-on exp is mandatory )
Desired Skills:
- Hands on with Oracle Retail Applications RMS, RIB, and ReIM version 16
- Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field or equivalent experience
- 4 to 8 years of experience working on/ supporting integrations with above applications
- The ability to articulate technical ideas and solutions in business terms while interacting with business teams
- The ability to train other technical resources to use/support the oracle application / integration tools and methodologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Expertise in PLSQL and shell scripting
- Knowledge of ADF development is a plus
- Awareness batch monitoring and error resolution
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support role for above said applications
- Transform user requests and ideas into technical and functional specifications
- Review Specifications and code of other developers for development signoff
- Work with IT Management to estimate work efforts and to determine resource needs for initiatives
- Work with other technical leaders of other integrated applications to understand complex business models, processes, and data to recommend an end-to-end solution, spanning multiple phases of projects
- Leading technical resources to ensure only approved changes for deployments are migrated through each environment
