About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Oracle ERP Report Developer Consultant to join our client engagement on a 12-month fixed contract. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), Oracle ERP Cloud HR & Finance modules, and advanced SQL. The role involves designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise reporting solutions that provide meaningful business insights and support strategic decision-making.
The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to gather reporting requirements, build dashboards, and deliver high-quality reporting solutions across Oracle ERP applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).
- Develop complex SQL queries, data extraction scripts, and reporting solutions across Oracle ERP Cloud applications.
- Build and support reports for Oracle ERP Cloud HR (HCM) and Finance (Financials) modules.
- Gather, analyze, and document business reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop operational, analytical, and management reports to support business functions.
- Optimize report performance while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot reporting issues and provide timely resolution.
- Prepare technical documentation, report specifications, and user guides.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and technical teams during implementations, enhancements, and upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with reporting standards, security policies, and data governance guidelines.
- Support business users with report enhancements and reporting best practices.
Required Skills
Mandatory Skills
- 6+ years of experience in Oracle ERP Reporting and Analytics.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).
- Advanced expertise in SQL and Oracle database querying.
- Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud HR (HCM) and Finance (Financials) modules.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud reporting architecture and data models.
- Experience developing operational, analytical, and management reports.
- Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into technical reporting solutions.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Oracle BI Publisher.
- Oracle HCM Cloud Reporting.
- Oracle Financials Cloud Reporting.
- Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud integrations.
- Exposure to data migration and reporting best practices.
- Oracle ERP Cloud implementation or support experience.
- Relevant Oracle Cloud certifications.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Oracle certifications will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Immediate joiner or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days.
- Strong experience in Oracle ERP Cloud reporting solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Willing to work in a Hybrid model with 10 days of work from office per quarter from the Pune location.
