Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in Oracle HCM Implementation / Oracle Recruiting Cloud Functional Consultant Role.
- At least 2-3 ORC Implementation experience
- Handson implementation experience in implementing Boosters, Onboarding / Journey.
- Knowledge and experience with Full Oracle Recruiting Cloud implementation life cycle.
- Experience in integration Third Parties integration such LinkedIn, Job Aggregators, Background Check Vendors, Assessment Partners.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide Oracle Recruiting with a functional consulting service as a Subject Matter Expert and lead discussions with Customer team.
- Responsible for identifying and gathering business requirements, build/configuration of Requisition, Requisition Template, Candidate Selection Workflow, Job Application Flow, Offer Configuration, Offer Template personalization, Journey Configuration, Career Portal design and Configuration.
- Identify functionality gaps and provide workaround solutions
- Advise customer team on solutions options (for workarounds), risks, and any possible impacts on other processes (Core HR and Talent Management)
- Interact and assist the project technical team members responsible for developing Oracle Recruiting Cloud related Data migration, Integration and Reports
Additional Information:
- Fusion Oracle Recruiting Cloud Implementation Certification is highly desirable.
