About Position:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end delivery of Oracle ERP/Fusion programs. The role requires strong ownership of project planning, governance, stakeholder coordination, and successful execution across complex enterprise environments.

What You'll Do:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle ERP/Fusion projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Plan and manage project scope, schedules, milestones, and deliverables effectively.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders, clients, and vendors.
- Identify and mitigate risks, track issues, and ensure smooth project execution and governance.
- Oversee implementation lifecycle including UAT, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 12+ years of project/program management experience (ERP experience preferred)
- Plan, execute, and govern multiple interdependent projects within a program
- Drive program roadmap, milestones, risk management, and dependencies
- Coordinate across business, functional, and technical teams
- Track progress, manage issues, and ensure timely delivery
- Communicate status, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders
- Support UAT, cutover, go‑live, and post‑go‑live stabilization
- Strong program and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing complex, multi‑module or enterprise programs
- Excellent communication, planning, and risk management abilities
