Location: Pune, India (Onsite)

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Project Manager to lead and deliver end-to-end Oracle E-Business Suite projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing large-scale ERP implementations, upgrades, or transformation programs while ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle EBS projects (implementation, upgrade, or support transition)

* Define project scope, timelines, resource plans, and delivery roadmap

* Manage cross-functional teams including functional, technical, and infrastructure resources

* Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment

* Drive project governance, risk management, and issue resolution

* Monitor project progress, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely completion

* Coordinate with business users to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered

* Ensure adherence to quality standards, best practices, and compliance requirements

* Manage vendor coordination and third-party stakeholders

Key Requirements

* Strong experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) projects

* Proven track record in ERP project management (implementation/rollout/upgrade)

* Good understanding of Oracle EBS modules such as Finance, SCM, or HRMS

* Experience in managing large, complex transformation programs

* Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid)

* Experience in stakeholder and client management

* Familiarity with cloud migration or Oracle Cloud (optional but preferred)
