Key Responsibilities
- Solution Architecture & Design: Design scalable P2P solutions within Oracle Cloud (Fusion) or EBS, covering requisitioning, POs, invoicing, payments, and supplier management.
- Lead or participate in full lifecycle implementations, driving configuration, testing, and deployment.
- * Apply deep knowledge of P2P processes (RFI/RFQ/RFP, Auctions, Non-Catalog Items, Supplier Portal, Approvals).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT, and project teams to gather requirements and align solutions with business goals.
- Perform fit-gap analysis, configure modules, manage data conversions (APIs, Open Interfaces), and support integration (OIC).
- Create functional design documents, support training, and develop rollout strategies.
- Own Service Requests (SRs), resolve complex issues, and provide functional support to users.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 15+ years in Oracle P2P implementation, with multiple end-to-end Oracle Cloud/EBS P2P projects.
- Modules: Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion/EBS PO, AP, SSP (Supplier Portal), Sourcing, Contracts.
- Technical: Strong SQL, OAF, Forms, Reports (for EBS), and understanding of OIC/Middleware.
- Domain: Strong understanding of finance/procurement business processes.
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills; ability to work with global teams.
- Methodologies: Experience with Agile/Scrum is a plus.
