Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Primavera Unifier Techno-Functional Consultant with 3–8+ years of hands-on experience in Primavera solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional and technical expertise in Primavera Unifier and be capable of leading end-to-end implementation and support engagements while serving as a trusted advisor to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- 3–8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Primavera solutions, including Primavera Unifier implementation and support projects.
- Lead and manage end-to-end Primavera Unifier engagements, from requirement gathering through production deployment and post-go-live support.
- Conduct client workshops to understand business requirements, analyze gaps, and recommend optimal Unifier-based solutions.
- Prepare and maintain project artifacts, including Requirement Gathering Documents, Functional Design Documents, Gap Analysis Reports, Configuration Documents, Test Scripts, UAT Documentation, and Training Materials.
- Configure Primavera Unifier to meet client business processes and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Coordinate and lead solution testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), user training sessions, and production rollout activities.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Primavera Unifier, providing functional and technical guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
- Lead project teams effectively, ensuring timely achievement of project milestones, deliverables, and quality standards.
- Engage directly with clients, build strong stakeholder relationships, and ensure requirements are clearly understood and successfully delivered.
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies and drive resolution to avoid project delays.
- Manage Application Maintenance and Support (AMS) engagements, ensuring adherence to established processes, governance frameworks, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor incident and service request management activities, ensuring SLA compliance and timely resolution of issues.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process optimization and solution enhancements.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Oracle Primavera Unifier configuration, implementation, and support.
- Sound understanding of project lifecycle management, business process automation, workflow configuration, and document management.
- Experience in requirement analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, and user training.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Proven experience in managing client-facing engagements and working with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently while effectively leading and mentoring team members.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to Primavera P6 EPPM, Primavera Analytics, BI Publisher, Oracle Database, ERP integrations, and related Oracle technologies.
- Experience in enterprise project management, capital projects, engineering & construction, infrastructure, or asset-intensive industries.
- Knowledge of AMS delivery models, ITIL processes, and service management best practices.
