Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Practice Head with a Solutions Architect background. The ideal candidate will combine technical depth, business acumen, and leadership skills to drive Oracle practice growth, presales, POCs, client engagement, and team development. This role involves strategic oversight, delivery excellence, and building high-performing Oracle teams, while collaborating with L&D for skill development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Practice & Leadership
- Lead the Oracle practice, including EBS, Fusion, Cloud, and related technologies
- Define the practice vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with organizational goals
- Build, mentor, and scale high-performing Oracle teams
- Collaborate with L&D teams for training and skill development
- Drive knowledge sharing and best practices within the Oracle practice
Solutions Architecture & Technical
- Act as a Solutions Architect for complex Oracle engagements
- Provide technical guidance for Oracle EBS, Fusion, and Cloud solutions
- Oversee system design, architecture reviews, and technical delivery
- Ensure technical excellence across projects and teams
Presales & Business Development
- Lead presales activities, RFP responses, and POCs for Oracle solutions
- Engage with clients and CXOs to identify business opportunities
- Support solutioning, pricing, and proposal development
- Translate client requirements into technical and functional Oracle solutions
Client Engagement & Delivery
- Serve as a trusted advisor for clients on Oracle strategy and solutions
- Drive end-to-end delivery excellence and ensure client satisfaction
- Participate in executive meetings, workshops, and presentations
- Ensure timely and quality delivery of Oracle projects
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- 1520 years of experience in Oracle technologies (EBS, Fusion, Cloud)
- Strong Solutions Architecture background
- Proven experience in presales, POCs, and business development
- Experience in team building, mentoring, and training
- Strong client-facing and executive engagement skills
- Hands-on understanding of technical and functional Oracle solutions
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with digital transformation initiatives in Oracle
- Exposure to cloud migration, integrations, and automation
- Familiarity with Oracle R12 / Fusion upgrades and implementations
- Prior experience in working with L&D teams for skill enablement
- Certifications in Oracle Cloud, EBS, or Fusion
