Overview
We are looking for an experienced Oracle PPM / Projects Consultant with strong Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud experience to support a major transformation programme. The role will focus on Oracle Projects and PPM functionality across both EBS and Fusion Cloud, working with business and technical teams to deliver effective project financial and operational solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide functional expertise across Oracle EBS Projects and Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM.
- Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle Projects solutions.
- Support solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
- Configure and support Project Foundation, Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, and Project Financial Management.
- Support project budgets, forecasting, project accounting, expenditure processing, and financial controls.
- Work closely with Oracle Financials, Procurement, and other ERP workstreams to ensure end-to-end process integration.
- Facilitate workshops and support business process mapping and solution validation.
- Produce functional specifications, process documentation, and configuration documentation.
- Support SIT, UAT, defect resolution, cutover, and hypercare activities.
- Work collaboratively with technical teams on integrations, data migration, reporting, and issue resolution.
Requirements
- Strong Oracle Projects / PPM functional experience across both Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Proven experience with Oracle EBS Projects and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Project Foundation, Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, and Project Financial Management.
- Experience with project accounting, budgeting, forecasting, expenditure processing, and project financial reporting.
- Strong understanding of integration points between PPM/Projects and Oracle Financials and Procurement.
- Experience across the full implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
- Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience working with offshore or distributed project teams.
- Oracle Cloud PPM certification is desirable.
