About the Role
Trinamix is looking for a highly organized and proactive Oracle PMO Executive to support and drive Oracle project governance, coordination, planning, and execution activities across multiple programs. The ideal candidate should possess strong project coordination capabilities along with exposure to Oracle implementation or support projects.
This role requires excellent stakeholder management, reporting, tracking, and project governance skills to ensure successful delivery of Oracle projects aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end project governance and PMO activities for Oracle implementation and support projects
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, leadership teams, and stakeholders for project execution activities
- Track project schedules, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables
- Prepare and maintain project status reports, dashboards, trackers, and management presentations
- Facilitate project review meetings, governance calls, and stakeholder discussions
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and project processes
- Support resource planning, utilization tracking, and project documentation activities
- Work closely with delivery and leadership teams to identify project risks and mitigation plans
- Ensure compliance with PMO standards, project management methodologies, and reporting frameworks
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization activities
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–8 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, or project management roles
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
- Exposure to Oracle ERP, Oracle Cloud, or Oracle implementation projects
- Experience working with project management and tracking tools such as:
- JIRA
- Microsoft Project
- Excel
- PowerPoint
- Confluence
- Strong reporting, tracking, and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic project environments
- Good stakeholder coordination and follow-up skills
Preferred Skills
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum certification would be an advantage
- Experience working in IT services or consulting organizations
- Exposure to global delivery environments
- Knowledge of project financials and resource management processes
