Job Description
We are looking for a skilled
PL/SQL Developer to design, develop, and maintain database-driven applications using Oracle PL/SQL. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in writing complex SQL queries, PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, and performance tuning.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Oracle PL/SQL programs such as procedures, functions, packages, triggers, and views
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries to support business requirements
- Perform database performance tuning and query optimization
- Debug and resolve production issues related to database components
- Work closely with application developers, business analysts, and QA teams
- Ensure data integrity, security, and adherence to best practices
- Support deployments, enhancements, and maintenance activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle PL/SQL development
- Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries, joins, subqueries, and performance tuning
- Experience with Oracle Database (11g/12c/19c)
- Knowledge of indexes, partitions, cursors, collections, and exception handling
- Familiarity with Unix/Linux commands and shell scripting (preferred)
- Experience with version control tools (Git, SVN, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
