Role Description
A new job opportunity has opened for a passionate Oracle PLM Architect with proven track record in designing, developing and deploying Oracle Agile PLM and PLM Cloud solutions. The ideal candidates will be highly proficient in understanding business requirements, designing and building high-quality, innovative solutions fully compliant with relevant industry standards. Working with a talented team of professionals you will take a leading role and help us shape and evolve our Oracle PLM Practice. Note that these roles require at least three implementation experience of Oracle Agile and PLM Cloud modules.


Job Location – Pune/Bangalore

Key Responsibilities
The following list provides a view of the kinds of activities that you will be undertaking:

  • Capturing business requirement and conducting solution design in Oracle Cloud PLM (Product Development and Product Information Management) application.
  • Demonstration of standard business processes / flows to Client User Group(s)
  • Ability to comprehend existing business processes / practices, identify / capture additional business / reporting requirements.
  • Solution Design – Prototypes, Fit Gap analysis and walk thru with User Groups for finalization.
  • Identify and document Test Cases / Plans for Acceptance in line with the finalized process / transaction flows.
  • Identify and document data migration methodologies for Master / Transactional elements including extraction, validation, transformation, migration, verification / validation.
  • Configuration of CRP / Test / Production Environments
  • High / Detailed Level design for all identified CEMLI objects.
  • Prepare Key User Training Courseware and Conduct Training sessions.
  • Raise Service Requests [SRs] with Oracle Support for any Product issues and liaise with Oracle Support until resolution.
  • Liaising with cross work-stream leads including technical leads with a view to ensure end to end solution validity.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders at different levels
  • Ensuring quality solution delivery by ensuring regular solution reviews
  • Conduct User Acceptance Workshops to assist Client User(s) to execute various Acceptance Test Cases and record results for evidencing completion.
  • Migration of Master / Transactional Data during various Phases, Reconciliation and Customer Acceptance.

Requirements

  • 10 to 15 years of experience as a PLM SME and an Architect with at least 3 Oracle PLM (Agile & Cloud) implementations
  • Good understanding of Oracle EBS experience will be beneficial
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills, customer facing skills
  • Good understanding of end-to-end business processes across manufacturing and global supply chain businesses
  • Good understanding of Cloud delivery methodology
  • Ability to design and deliver client workshops
  • Good experience of working with clients based in Europe and USA
  • Ability to deliver quality deliverables in both remote and on-site working mode
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team of broad skilled resources in Oracle
  • Good understanding of Oracle Cloud layers and use cases for industries
  • Self-starter, excellent interpersonal skills and results oriented
