We are looking for a skilled
Oracle PL/SQL Developer with 4–6 years of experience to design, develop, and optimize database-driven applications. The role requires strong expertise in
PL/SQL development, Oracle APEX, and REST API integration using ORDS, along with experience in working within a product-based development environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-performance PL/SQL code, including Packages, Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers, Views, and Collections.
- Build and enhance applications using Oracle APEX.
- Develop and expose REST APIs using Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS).
- Work with JSON data for integration and processing, including parsing and transformation.
- Perform SQL performance tuning using tools such as Explain Plan, Trace, and related diagnostics.
- Develop UI components and enhancements using AJAX, JavaScript, and HTML.
- Understand the impact of code changes across related modules and ensure stable deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Follow best practices in database design, coding standards, and performance optimization.
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle database development.
- Strong expertise in PL/SQL programming.
- Experience in Oracle APEX application development.
- Experience with Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS) for building REST APIs.
- Good knowledge of JSON handling and parsing in Oracle.
- Understanding of SQL performance tuning techniques.
- Working knowledge of AJAX, JavaScript, and HTML.
- Ability to analyze requirements and understand system-wide code impact.
Good to Have:
- Experience working in a product-based environment.
- Knowledge or experience with multi-tenancy architecture.
