Oracle OTM/GTM Support

Location: India (Remote)

Duration: Long-Term Contract

Start Date: November 01, 2026

Rate: Negotiable

Shift Timings: 6:00pm IST to 3:00am IST

Key Responsibilities:

• Help with OTM/GTM support efforts (on-premise/in-place) on R12 and some EBS work (Shipping, OM, INV)
• Design and implement functional enhancements tailored to business needs.
• Perform comprehensive testing of upgrades and customizations.
• Optimize and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and database performance.
• Collaborate on infrastructure and integration support for OTM environments.
• Troubleshoot post-upgrade issues and support ongoing operations.
• Document solutions and support knowledge transfer.

Required Qualifications:

• 4-7+ years of OTM/GTM experience
• Hands-on expertise with OTM 6.5.x or similar versions.
• Strong knowledge of OTM/GTM configurations, workflows, and integrations.
• Solid experience in Oracle DB administration and SQL/PLSQL development.
• Familiarity with server, middleware, and infrastructure elements of OTM.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Background in logistics or supply chain is a plus.
