Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of Oracle ERP Order Management projects, ensuring on-time and high-quality outcomes.
  • Guide end-to-end configuration, customization, Integration and optimization of Oracle Order-to-Cash processes.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders, developers, and external partners.
  • Develop scalable solutions that link Oracle ERP with external applications including Salesforce OMS system, e-commerce platforms, and EDI tools.
  • Write and maintain technical design documentation, data flow diagrams, and user support materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.
  • Support data migration, transformation, and validation activities during sprint rollouts.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively troubleshoot interface issues to ensure business continuity.
  • Liaise between business users, project managers, and technical teams to align on goals and timelines
  • Establish development standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior team members.
  • Contribute to testing strategies (SIT, UAT, regression) to validate system functionality and stability.
  • Provide troubleshooting and support throughout cutover and post-migration phases.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of experience working with Oracle ERP Order Management modules like OM, Pricing, Shipping, EDI
  • Solid understanding of order-to-cash business processes and data flows.
  • Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Workflow, XML Publisher, Alerts, Unix Shell Scripting, Oracle Apex, Oracle Reports, and Oracle Forms.
  • Hands-on experience with integrations involving Salesforce using MuleSoft.
  • Strong knowledge of web services (REST, SOAP), XML/JSON formats, and middleware platforms.
  • Experience with API design, versioning, and lifecycle management.
  • Solid understanding of Middleware System like MuleSoft, Web methods, etc.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and manage priorities.
