Responsibilities

  • Requirement gathering for SCM & OPM business processes.
  • Configure SCM & OPM modules (Inventory, Purchasing, OM, OPM Quality, Product Dev, GST, Costing).
  • Lead/assist in implementations, testing (SIT/UAT), and go-live support.
  • Provide user training and post-production support.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for RICE components.
  • Optimize processes across procurement, inventory, OPM batch management, and order fulfillment.
