Oracle OIC HCM Integration Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Build and support integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and enterprise or third-party applications.
• Develop integrations using REST APIs, SOAP web services, and relevant integration adapters.
• Work with Oracle HCM Core HR processes and data to support integration requirements.
• Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, and error handling within integration workflows.
• Monitor integrations, troubleshoot failures, and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure integration solutions follow security standards and cloud integration best practices.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Support integration testing, defect resolution, deployment, and post-production maintenance.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for integration design, configuration, and support.

Required Skills and Experience

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, particularly Core HR.
• Strong understanding of enterprise application integration and integration architecture.
• Experience working with REST APIs and SOAP web services.
• Knowledge of data mapping, transformation, validation, and integration error handling.
• Understanding of Oracle HCM business processes and data structures.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating Oracle HCM Cloud with third-party applications.
• Knowledge of secure data exchange and cloud integration best practices.
• Experience supporting integration testing, deployment, and production issues.
