Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle NetSuite Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in both functional ERP processes and technical customization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting NetSuite solutions to meet business requirements while ensuring system stability and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementations, enhancements, and support activities
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into NetSuite functional and technical solutions
- Configure NetSuite modules including Financials, Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, and Fixed Assets
- Develop and customize solutions using SuiteScript (1.0/2.0), SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and Saved Searches
- Design and support NetSuite integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party systems
- Manage data migration, validation, UAT support, and post-production support
- Create technical and functional documentation and provide user training
- Collaborate with business users, finance teams, and IT stakeholders in Agile environments
- Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure best practices are followed
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Oracle NetSuite ERP with techno-functional expertise
- Strong knowledge of NetSuite Financials and core business processes
- Hands-on experience with SuiteScript, Workflows, and custom records
- Experience with NetSuite integrations and data migration tools
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- NetSuite certifications (Administrator / Consultant / Developer)
- Experience with multi-subsidiary, OneWorld, and global implementations
- Exposure to SuiteCloud development framework
