Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage and optimize Oracle NetSuite ERP across the organization. The role involves acting as the primary point of contact for all NetSuite-related activities, supporting users across departments, streamlining business processes, and ensuring seamless collaboration among cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the organization-wide subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle NetSuite ERP.

Manage, maintain, and continuously improve NetSuite ERP operations across all business functions.

Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding NetSuite-related queries, issues, and process guidance.

Analyze existing business processes and implement improvements through NetSuite automation and best practices.

Configure and manage workflows, approval hierarchies, forms, dashboards, reports, and saved searches.

Drive standardization of processes and ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures.

Conduct user training sessions and develop user guides to improve ERP adoption across the organization.

Coordinate with external consultants, implementation partners, and technical teams for enhancements and issue resolution.

Monitor system performance, user compliance, and data accuracy.

Generate management reports and dashboards to support decision-making.

Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency improvement, and digital transformation initiatives.

Support new module implementations, upgrades, integrations, and change management activities.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP.

Experience in workflow configuration, reporting, dashboards, and user administration.

Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

Ability to train and support users across multiple departments.
