About the Role
We are hiring an Oracle NetSuite Techno-Functional Consultant who can bridge business requirements and technical execution.
This role requires strong hands-on experience in NetSuite configuration, customization, and integrations, along with a solid understanding of core ERP business processes.
You will work closely with client stakeholders, solution architects, and developers to deliver end-to-end NetSuite implementations and ongoing enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Responsibilities:
- Lead requirement gathering and solution design for NetSuite implementations
- Configure and optimize NetSuite modules including:
- Financials (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets)
- Order-to-Cash
- Procure-to-Pay
- Inventory & Supply Chain
- Design workflows, approvals, and business rules
- Prepare functional specifications, solution documents, and user training materials
- Support UAT, go-live, and post-implementation support
Technical Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain customizations using SuiteScript (2.0 / 2.1)
- Build and manage:
- Workflows
- Saved searches
- Custom records and fields
- Reports and dashboards
- Design and implement integrations using REST / SOAP APIs
- Support data migration, imports, and system integrations
- Troubleshoot system issues and optimize NetSuite performance
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4+ years of hands-on Oracle NetSuite experience
- Proven techno-functional expertise (configuration + development)
- Strong understanding of ERP and accounting principles
- Experience working with US / global clients
- Ability to work independently in an offshore delivery model
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Nice to Have:
- NetSuite certifications (Administrator, Consultant, Developer)
- Experience with multi-subsidiary and multi-currency setups
- Exposure to SuiteCloud Platform
- Prior experience in managed services or long-term support engagements
