We are seeking an experienced Oracle Manufacturing & Costing Business Analyst with hands-on expertise in Oracle EBS R12.2 Discrete Manufacturing modules and in-depth knowledge of Cost Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and enhancing Oracle Manufacturing processes, with a strong focus on standard and actual costing methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Oracle Manufacturing Implementation & Support:
- Lead or support the end-to-end implementation of Oracle EBS 12.2 Discrete Manufacturing modules including WIP (Work in Process), BOM (Bill of Materials), Routings, and Work Orders.
- Configure manufacturing setups aligned with business requirements and Oracle best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT and business teams to ensure smooth production support and issue resolution.
Cost Management Expertise:
- Define and maintain item costs in Oracle Cost Management.
- Implement and support standard and actual costing methods.
- Perform cost roll-ups, analyze variances, and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in cost accounting practices.
Business Analysis:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze manufacturing and costing requirements.
- Translate business requirements into clear, functional specifications for technical teams.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to optimize manufacturing cost efficiency.
- Ensure solutions adhere to internal compliance and control standards
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle EBS 12.2 Discrete Manufacturing and Cost Management.. Experience in Configuring or implementing min 2 end to end Oracle EBS 12.2 Discrete Manufacturing modules (WIP, BOM, Routing, Work Orders)
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and costing principles.
- In-depth knowledge of Cost Management:
- Item cost definition and maintenance.
- Standard and actual costing methods.
- Cost roll-up and variance analysis.
- Proven track record of end-to-end implementations and post-go-live support.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Experience in variance analysis, cost roll-up, and cost control reporting.
- Ability to liaise between technical teams and business users effectively.
