Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and support Oracle Fusion Cloud EAM modules including Work Orders, Preventive Maintenance, and Asset Tracking
Manage and troubleshoot Work Requests, Asset BOM, and HR Helpdesk-related functionalities
Integrate Oracle Fusion EAM with Projects and other relevant modules
Develop and maintain OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and BIP (BI Publisher) reports for various business needs
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations or custom reports
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency across integrated systems
Provide expertise in Service Logistics, Customer Assets, Installed Base (IB) Assets, and Field Service modules
Explore and apply GenAI features in Oracle to enhance user experience and operational productivity
Participate in system testing, user training, and post-go-live support activities
