Job Summary
The JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Technical Consultant will be responsible for leading and executing implementation and upgrade projects for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (version 9.x or above). The role demands expertise in technical development tools, customization, integration, and data conversion while ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or support JD Edwards EnterpriseOne implementation and upgrade projects.
- Work on customization, retrofit, data conversion, and interface development using tools such as OMW, RDA, TDA, FDA, Visual Compare, FRW, TC's, and BI Publisher.
- Utilize BSFN, BSSV, Orchestrator, and Groovy Scripts for technical solution development (added advantage).
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
- Develop technical design documents for new custom developments and enhancements.
- Conduct business process testing in collaboration with functional teams.
- Manage project timelines, team deliverables, and quality of work across multiple streams.
- Lead testing cycles and support CRP/iCRP/UAT phases.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and post-go-live support.
- Use standard productivity tools such as MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio, and MS SharePoint for documentation and tracking.
Required Skills
- Strong technical experience in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (preferably version 9.1 or above).
- Hands-on experience with JDE development tools: OMW, RDA, TDA, FDA, Visual Compare, FRW, TC's, BI Publisher.
- Experience in BSFN, BSSV, and JDE Orchestrator (added advantage).
- Deep understanding of JD Edwards development standards and methodologies.
- Proven ability to handle data conversion, integration, and customization tasks.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Oracle / JD Edwards certification preferred.
- At least one full-cycle implementation or upgrade experience.
- 23 years of onsite experience preferred.
- Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
