Job Summary
Rockwoods is seeking an experienced JDE Transformation Consultant to lead a strategic assessment of a JDE 9.2 environment. The role focuses on evaluating system utilization, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending automation and optimization pathways based on hands-on implementation expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a comprehensive transformation assessment of the JDE 9.2 environment to align with business objectives.
- Analyze current system utilization against full functional capabilities to identify underused features.
- Audit configurations in Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial operations.
- Identify manual workarounds, control gaps, and opportunities for process automation.
- Evaluate and streamline approval workflows and cross-module data integrations.
- Assess the effectiveness of reporting and MIS for improved decision-making.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Extensive hands-on experience in JDE 9.2 implementations, upgrades, and transformations.
- Deep functional knowledge of Finance and Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules.
- Strong ability to perform gap analysis and design optimized to-be processes.
- Proficiency in JDE integration points, data flows, and MIS reporting tools.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting strategic roadmaps to stakeholders.
