Job Title         - Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Configurable Network Computing (CNC) Consultant

Experience       - 5 – 10 Years

Location           - Bangalore (Hybrid)

Notice               - Immediate to 15 days

Requirement:-

As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analysing system behaviour, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous interaction with different teams to maintain system stability and support business continuity through effective problem-solving and timely interventions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

·        Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

·        Responsible for team decisions.

·        Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

·        Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

·        Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business needs.

·        Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.

·        Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills: -

·        Proficiency in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Configurable Network Computing (CNC).

·        Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex application issues.

·         Experience with system monitoring and performance tuning within enterprise environments.

·        Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.

·        Familiarity with software lifecycle processes and change management practices.
