Oracle\/Java Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for support-related activities for assigned systems.
• Perform technical administrative tasks such as scripting, patch deployment, backups, rollbacks, and user management.
• Ensure adherence to information security standards and internal processes.
• Manage and deploy system enhancements effectively with coordination from vendors.
• Escalate and seek approvals for any deviations from established processes.
• Educate stakeholders on the importance of reducing major technology errors.
• Optimize resource utilization across platforms.
• Create, update, and maintain detailed project and system documentation.
• Ensure SLA compliance and adherence to KPIs, maintaining data hygiene and client satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in written form, with all stakeholders.
