Role Summary & Role Description:

State Street Corporate Finance IT team is leading a Cloud Transformation Program to modernize and redesign entire finance technology and process landscape globally, incl. North America, APAC and EMEA regions.

As integration lead, you will be responsible to lead the delivery of complex integration solutions, providing technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle to address State Street requirements using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud applications and R12.

As Oracle Integration Lead, you will:

  • Have 12+ years of EBS/Fusion Techno functional background having at least 3 implementation projects.
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Demonstrate expert-level knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including its pre-built adapters, orchestration, and monitoring capabilities.
  • Implement real-time and batch integrations using OIC for applications such as Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle EBS R12 and other third-party systems.
  • Develop and maintain integration flows, REST/SOAP APIs, and adapters for seamless data exchange between on-premise and cloud applications.
  • Ensure best practices are followed in integration architecture, performance tuning, and error handling.
  • Act as the technical lead for Oracle Integration projects, providing guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and stakeholders, to deliver high-quality integration solutions.
  • Provide technical support for integration issues, including root cause analysis and resolution.
  • Ensure high availability and scalability of integration solutions.
  • Manage end-to-end integration projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including technical specifications, test cases, and user guides.
  • Stay updated with the latest Oracle Integration Cloud features, tools, and industry trends.

Core/Must have skills:

  • 12+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Integration technologies, with at least 4+ years focused on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP web services, XML, JSON, and EDI standards.
  • Techno Functional expertise in Oracle Apps Financials Modules (AP/AR/GL/FA/CM and PO)
  • Strong Experience in SQL & PL/SQL
  • Strong Experience in Oracle ERP Reporting - BI Publisher, OTBI & BICC extracts
  • Prior experience of working in a bank is a plus

Good to have skills:

  • Oracle Cloud Certifications- esp OIC
  • VBCS, APEX
  • Unix Shell Scripting
  • AI capabilities
