Job Description

We are looking for experienced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) professionals with strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, implementing, and supporting integration solutions between Oracle HCM Cloud and internal or third-party applications using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Candidates should possess strong technical capabilities, a good understanding of Oracle HCM business processes, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, deploy, and support high-volume integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Build interfaces for Oracle HCM modules including:
  • Core HR
  • Absence Management
  • OTL (Oracle Time & Labor)
  • Compensation
  • Talent Suite (ORC, Performance & Goals, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Dynamic Skills)
  • Develop integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and internal/external systems using SOAP and REST web services.
  • Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading activities using strong SQL and PL/SQL skills.
  • Execute unit testing, system integration testing, and support overall test strategies.
  • Work closely with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless end-to-end solutions.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical and functional issues independently.
  • Raise Service Requests (SRs) and coordinate with Oracle Support for issue resolution.
  • Participate in requirement gathering, workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design activities.
  • Conduct training sessions, create user documentation, and provide post-go-live support.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and customers in client-facing environments.
  • Follow best practices and contribute to successful project delivery.

Experience Requirements

Specialist Software Engineer (4–7 Years)

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Oracle HCM Integrations on OIC.
  • Must have completed at least 2 end-to-end implementation projects.
  • Strong technical expertise and ability to work independently.

Lead Software Engineer (7–10 Years)

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Oracle HCM Integrations on OIC.
  • Must have completed at least 2 full lifecycle implementation projects.
  • Experience in client interactions and requirement discussions is preferred.

Consultant Software Engineer (10+ Years)

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Oracle HCM Integrations on OIC.
  • Must have completed at least 3 full lifecycle implementation projects.
  • Strong client-facing experience with expertise in conducting workshops, fit-gap analysis, solution design, training, and post-production support.
  • Ability to drive discussions with stakeholders and provide consulting guidance.
