Responsibilities:

Design and develop Oracle HCM integrations using OIC

Integrate Oracle HCM with internal and third-party applications

Build and manage interfaces across HCM modules

Work on SOAP & REST API integrations

Participate in requirement gathering and client workshops

Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful delivery

Mandatory:

Minimum 3 Oracle HCM Integration Implementations

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Client-facing experience is mandatory

Ability to work independently
