Role Description

We are looking for a Mid-Level Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developer to join our enterprise applications team. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining integrations across our Finance and Manufacturing systems. This role requires a solid technical foundation in Oracle OIC along with a working understanding of business processes in ERP Finance (General Ledger, AP, AR) and Manufacturing modules (Work Orders, Inventory, Procurement, and Supply Chain).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain integrations and automations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for Finance and Manufacturing applications.
  • Develop and manage integrations between Oracle ERP Cloud, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and third-party platforms.
  • Utilize OIC adapters (ERP Cloud, REST, FTP, DB, File, etc.) to create efficient & reusable integration flows.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Manufacturing business stakeholders to analyze integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Implement data transformations using XSLT, JSON, and XML standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data integrity, security, and system performance.
  • Monitor and optimize integration processes, including handling errors, retries, and performance tuning.
  • Document technical designs, workflows, and deployment processes for all developed integrations.
  • Support ongoing upgrades, enhancements, and process automation initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 36 years of total IT experience with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Strong experience integrating Oracle ERP Cloud modules, especially Finance (GL, AP, AR) and Manufacturing (Inventory, Procurement, Supply Chain).
  • Expertise in building OIC integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, and working with structured/unstructured data formats (JSON, XML).
  • Good understanding of Finance and Manufacturing business flows and related data entities.
  • Experience with security configurations, OAuth, and connection management within OIC.
  • Familiarity with incident management, issue triaging, and performance optimization in a production environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
