Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Consultant
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Consultant to design, develop, and support integrations across Oracle EBS on IaaS and third-party systems. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in OIC, REST/SOAP integrations, and Oracle EBS, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable integration solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Build and maintain real-time and batch integrations with Oracle EBS applications (ERP, SCM, HCM, etc.)
- Develop REST/SOAP web services and manage API integrations
- Work with business analysts and functional teams to gather and refine integration requirements
- Work in team, groom Junior Team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, performance bottlenecks, and failures
- Implement best practices for error handling, logging, and monitoring
- Support migration, upgrades, and enhancements of integration solutions
- Create technical documentation and integration design artifacts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end solution delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Experience integrating Oracle Cloud applications or Oracle EBS
- Experience in using Adaptors: Salesforce, Workday, Database, File / FTP, REST, SOAP etc.
- Knowledge of REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, XSLT, and web service standards
- Understanding of integration patterns and middleware concepts
- Experience with FTP/file-based integrations
- Good hands-on experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of security protocols (OAuth, SSL, certificates)
- Salesforce, Workday
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 7 + years of relevant Oracle integration experience
