Role: Oracle Incentive Compensation Lead

The candidate must have 8-10 years of experience with at least 5-6 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Incentive Compensation.
- he Oracle Incentive Compensation Functional Consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle Incentive Compensation solutions to manage sales commissions and variable compensation plans. The role involves close collaboration with Sales, Finance, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure accurate and timely compensation calculations.
- Lead end‑to‑end Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC) implementation and support activities
- Conduct business requirement workshops to understand compensation plans, crediting rules, quotas, and payout models
- Design and configure:
- Participant hierarchies and roles
- Compensation plans, components, rate tables, and accelerators
- Crediting logic and rollups
- Quotas, draws, clawbacks, and recoveries
- Configure OIC application parameters across:
- Collection
- Calculation
- Payment
- Integrate OIC with upstream and downstream systems such as:
- Oracle Order Management / Receivables / CPQ
- Payroll / GL
- Legacy transaction sources (if applicable)
- Perform commission calculations, parallel runs, and variance analysis
- Support SIT, UAT, and Go‑Live activities
- Troubleshoot calculation issues and resolve compensation disputes
- Prepare functional design documents and configuration workbooks
- Train business users and administrators on OIC processes
- Provide post go‑live hypercare and ongoing support
