ole SummaryWe are looking for a Senior Oracle IAM & Security Consultant with strong experience in Oracle Cloud security and Identity & Access Management (IAM). The ideal candidate will manage user access, role-based security, and compliance across Oracle Cloud applications while ensuring secure and efficient access management.
Key Responsibilities- Manage IAM and security across Oracle Fusion (HCM/ERP), OCI, OIC, WMS, EPM, OTM, and Redwood applications.
- Design and maintain role-based access control (RBAC), custom roles, and security configurations.
- Handle user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access lifecycle management.
- Ensure Segregation of Duties (SoD) and least-privilege access.
- Conduct access reviews, security audits, and resolve access-related issues.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to implement secure access solutions.
- Maintain security documentation and ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR, and internal policies.
Required Skills- 12+ years of Oracle IAM and Oracle Cloud security experience.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Security (HCM/ERP), including roles, duty roles, and data security.
- Experience with user access management and SoD controls.
- Knowledge of Oracle Redwood security and Oracle Cloud applications (OCI, OIC, WMS, EPM, OTM).
- Good understanding of SOX, GDPR, and security best practices.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
