Requirements
- Hands-on experience in Oracle HFM (11.x / 11.2 preferred)
- Basic understanding of financial consolidation, data loading, reporting
- Experience in L2/L3 support and ticket handling (1015/month)
- Knowledge of Hyperion tools (FDMEE, HFR)
- Strong troubleshooting in data loads, consolidation, metadata, log analysis
- Basic technical knowledge of metadata, rule debugging, Windows environment
- Comfortable working in EMEA hours and on-call model
- Good coordination with business users
Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle HFM
- Handle production issues, tickets, and user queries
- Troubleshoot data loads, consolidation, and metadata issues
- Perform log analysis and root cause identification
- Support FDMEE data loads and HFR reporting
- Assist with metadata updates and minor rule changes
- Coordinate with business users for mapping and functional fixes
- Ensure timely ticket closure and system stability
